In 2 Corinthians, Paul tries to instill in the Corinthians the meekness and submission of Christ so that they would face life’s battles with humble faith, in Spirit and truth.
For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds.
